2. AP Ltd company is a general distributor of the only original biologically active collagen - PROF. PRZYBYLSKI AP BIOAKTIV® KOLAGEN®. We have exclusive right to creating a distribution structure, sale of preparation in the territory of Poland and its export.
3. Orders via Internet shop and e-mail address may be placed 24 hours a day.
4. Telephone orders may be placed in shop opening hours:
- 8-20 Monday to Friday (tel. 501 856 036, 509 040 467- hours 8-22)
- 9-18 Saturday (tel. 501 856 036, 509 040 467- hours 8-22)
- Sunday (tel. 501 856 036, 509 040 467- hours 8-22)
5. Placing an order is equivocal to acceptance of the shop regulations.
6. Prices on the website are quoted in PLN, they include VAT. Payments are only accepted in PLN.
7. When placing an order via Internet shop, it is necessary to give a correct e-mail address and telephone number. We reserve the right to suspend execution of an order in case of giving incomplete data and lack of possibility to contact an ordering party within 3 working days from reception of an order.
8. Order placed by 3 p.m. Monday to Thursday shall be executed on the same day, orders placed Monday to Wednesday by 3 p.m. shall be executed on the next working day. Orders placed on Thursday after 3 p.m. and on Friday, with regard to the fact that collagen requires special storage conditions, shall be executed on Monday (so that collagen is not stored in a courier company warehouse throughout the weekend). Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or other day free of work shall be executed on the first subsequent working day.
9. It is also possible to purchase and collect the goods in our premises in Wrocław, 64 Kazimierza Wielkiego Street (entrance to the salon is also in Oławska Street – via Dom Handlowy Łada).
10. We only send products in country and abroad by “quick parcel”, in properly secured thermal insulated packaging. It gives a guarantee of receiving a full value product – collagen with intact “triple helix”, which is responsible for biological activity of collagen.
11. If a client while placing order chose an option: prepayment to the account, package is sent after registering payment for a product and package in our account. If, for some reasons, client shall not receive information about shipment cost, they shall be notified about the cost by our shop staff. Shipment costs may be found in TRANSPORT section. Account number for transfer shall be forwarded to client after accepting an order. AP BOSS Anna Pikura Sp.k. does not bear the cost of performance-transfer costs are borne by the buyer.
12. With regard to requirement of collagen storage at low temperatures, in the period from 1st of April to 30th of September parcels are only sent by courier (it does not refer to other product orders).
13. Each parcel contains a receipt (or VAT invoice, upon client’s request).
14. We ask you to check condition of a parcel immediately upon reception, in case of stating a damage to the parcel a damage protocol must be made in courier’s presence – it constitutes a basis for further claims.
15. In case of lack of ordered product or error in pricing or in description, resulting from a fault in service or server – client shall be informed about this fact and order may be cancelled.
16. Information contained on shop website does not constitute an offer in light of provisions of law.
17. AP BOSS company undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act.
18. Complaints are accepted after prior notification via e-mail or on the telephone to the shop staff. Complaints are investigated in accordance with provisions of the Civil Code. It s necessary to deliver proof of purchase or its copy for a complaint to be examined.
19. Returns at company’s expense which were not previously arranged with shop staff, or notified returns which were not properly secured against temperature shall not be accepted.
20. To the matters not provided for in the above regulations relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall be applicable.
